Luxury Holiday Destinations for 2011
Its not too late to consider booking that luxury holiday for 2011, many resorts and locations are still offering some cheap package deals. The travel industry is still reeling a little from the economic downturn, but that means there are plenty of flight seats and resort vacancies that need to be filled, so plenty of discounts and deals can be found to get those remaining places filled for next year.
If you fancy exploring the vast expanse of North America, the best way to do so is by car, and there are some great areas where you can use car hire to cram in a lot of sightseeing. A Florida fly drive is a great example of a flexible way to visit some of the memorable attractions in the USA, as well as taking advantage of the wonderful Florida sun which is comfortably warm even during the Winter months. You can choose to arrange a first nights accommodation whilst you get used to the car, then strike off on your own, choosing whatever sightseeing spots and overnight hotels take your fancy.
Of course, if Orlando holidays are your thing, youll want to arrange tickets to the vast tourist park attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios or any number of roller coaster theme parks, water parks and sightseeing tours that are packed into the region. Along with the huge number of other entertainment spots, places to eat and bars and clubs, Orlando is certainly a place where you will never be stuck for something to do.
America isnt the final word in attractions however. Another option that ticks all the boxes for sun and luxury accommodation is Dubai. Luxury Dubai holidays are another destination that often gets featured in special deals, and a trip to Dubai offers the chance to sample some of the most awe-inspiring architecture from this modern tourist marvel, as well as the surrounding splendours of the Red Sea and Dead Sea.
If you prefer a more traditional type of experience in the Middle East, there is the Bastakia Quarter which is a reminder of the beginnings of Dubai as a fishing village and offers a fabulous souk that allows you to buy some of the local and traditional fabric and textile weavings.
